Marketing Training Events & Courses

We run tailored marketing training events and courses for everyone eg for sales, call centres, engineers, IT. We believe that marketing is a business discipline, not a function, and that everyone should know the basics. We run open training events, and tailored in-house course in areas such as customer experience, turning data into insight and communicating for change. We believe that training should enhance behaviour, and so use current projects that attendees are working on as examples. All our courses are built around practical exercises for effective learning.

  • We ran a one day event to train a call centre user group on the basics of customer experience in contact centres; with a special emphasis on multi-channel integration and making the business case.

  • We ran a series of in-house training courses for a charity to teach their  what is marketingoperational staff how to promote their services without using expensive  advertising, and how to build strategic marketing plans. It was very rewarding to see people who though that marketing was all about ’selling stuff’, change their mind and use new customer techniques to full advantage.

  • We have a 2 day practical customer experience training course which we can teach cross culturally. It has already run in two open sessions in South Africa and Singapore.

  • We have trained a large national company in thinking skills. With the idea of managers harnessing more creative thinking. This course can be tailored to any company requirements.
