Facilitation

We facilitate interactive workshops, user group collaborative sessions, board meetings and public sector consultations, to ensure you get results. We have a range of engaging techniques to explore your issues right from the initial divergent thinking stage, to the final convergent thinking wrap up. We are practiced in ensuring we have captured all views, and downplaying tension and politics. We work with you beforehand to ensure we understand objectives and group dynamics, and write a final report on the output.

Recent Client Assignments

• We ran a leadership team workshop for a major international company, to put together a plan to improve the experience of customers in their retail outlets. A major result was the realization of how similar was the view of what the customers’ experience should be - yet current reality was far removed.

• We ran a staff workshop with a travel company to build climate change services into the overall proposition. It was important that all staff felt they had an input and we worked with all 40 staff. 

• We have run various educative interactive sessions for different companies at client and public conferences - makes a welcome change to power-point presentations. People attending the events welcome the chance to interact and network with others.
